Shasta QA, a proven leader in providing software quality assurance services is pleased to announce that it is now accredited to offer its American-based software testing services to California state and local government agencies through the award of CMAS contract #3-08-70-2612A.
CMAS contracts are established using products, services and prices from already existing competitively assessed and cost-compared multiple award contracts like the Federal General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule. California contract terms and conditions and procurement codes and policies were added to the products and services on Shasta QA's existing GSA schedule to create an independent California contract.
CMAS allows government agencies to fill their needs more efficiently and at a lower price point because CMAS products and suppliers are already approved by GSA. Additionally, government agencies are able to secure quality suppliers and products faster and easier because no RFP or bid is required. This provides government agencies valuable savings of both time and money in the procurement process.
"The addition of our CMAS contract is yet another milestone in the growth of Shasta QA that reflects our continued commitment to offer our American-based, rural software testing services to the government sector," notes Shasta QA President, Don O'Connell. "Our CMAS, CA Small Business, and GSA efforts are all part of our expanding strategy into the federal, state and local government sector. These certifications will allow us to continue to expand our partnerships and further strengthen our OurSourcing™ philosophy."
